Drivers CPC - Company & Public Image - 3.5 Hours
The Company & Public Image Driver CPC Course is a 3.5-hour training module for professional LGV and PCV drivers. It explores how driver behaviour, appearance, communication, vehicle presentation and professional conduct influence a company's reputation. Drivers will understand their role as ambassadors for their employer and how professional standards can improve customer relationships, public perception, road safety and the overall image of the transport industry.
Description
Professional drivers are often one of the most visible representatives of a transport company and can have a significant influence on how customers and members of the public perceive the organisation.
Our Company & Public Image Driver CPC Course helps LGV and PCV drivers understand the important role they play in representing their employer and the wider transport industry.
The course explores professional behaviour both on and off the road, including driving standards, communication, personal presentation, vehicle appearance, customer service and interactions with other road users.
Drivers will consider how poor driving behaviour, inappropriate conduct or negative interactions can quickly damage a company's reputation, particularly in an age where dashcams, mobile phones and social media make driver behaviour increasingly visible.
Using practical examples and real-world scenarios, the course encourages drivers to consider how their individual actions can contribute to a professional, responsible and positive company image.
Training is relevant to professional drivers operating both LGV and PCV vehicles.
