The Operator Licence Awareness Course is a comprehensive 2-day programme designed to help goods vehicle operators, directors, managers and other responsible personnel understand their legal responsibilities when operating vehicles under a Goods Vehicle Operator Licence. The course provides practical guidance on the Operator Licensing system and the systems, procedures and controls that businesses should have in place to maintain a safe, legal and compliant transport operation.

The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) – Road Haulage is a Level 3 qualification and a legal requirement for anyone wishing to be named as a Transport Manager on a Standard Operator’s Licence. This course is held in our Training Centre in Linwood, near Paisley.

The Transport Manager CPC Refresher – Road Haulage is a 2-day course designed for qualified Transport Managers who need to update their knowledge of current legislation, compliance and industry best practice. The course revisits key Transport Manager responsibilities, including Operator Licensing, drivers’ hours, vehicle maintenance, roadworthiness and compliance management, helping delegates demonstrate continuing professional development and maintain effective control of road haulage operations.

The Category C (HGV Class 2) to C+E (HGV Class 1) Driver Training Course is designed for drivers who already hold a Category C licence and want to upgrade their qualification to operate articulated heavy goods vehicles professionally and safely.

The Car to C+E (HGV Class 1) Driver Training Course is designed for drivers who hold a full UK car licence and want to gain the qualifications and practical skills required to operate articulated heavy goods vehicles professionally and safely. This course is based out of our Training Centre in Linwood, near Paisley.

The Car to C+E (HGV Class 1) Driver Training Course is designed for drivers who hold a full UK car licence and want to gain the qualifications and practical skills required to operate articulated heavy goods vehicles professionally and safely. The HGV C+E Driver Refresher & Development Course is designed for both qualified HGV drivers and learner drivers who require additional practical training to improve their driving skills, increase confidence, or prepare for a DVSA practical driving test or re-test. ***Price will be calculated during booking*** The price varies depending on options you choose.

The Counterbalance Forklift Operator – Novice Course is designed for individuals with little or no previous forklift operating experience who want to gain the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and effectively. Delivered over 3 days at A&D Training Centre, this intensive course is limited to a maximum of 2 candidates, providing increased practical operating time and more individual tuition with our experienced instructor.

The RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck (Novice) Course is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience who need to learn how to operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently in the workplace. This course is held in our Training Centre in Linwood, near Paisley but we can also come to your place of work on request.
