The Operator Licence Awareness Course is a comprehensive 2-day programme designed to help goods vehicle operators, directors, managers and other responsible personnel understand their legal responsibilities when operating vehicles under a Goods Vehicle Operator Licence. The course provides practical guidance on the Operator Licensing system and the systems, procedures and controls that businesses should have in place to maintain a safe, legal and compliant transport operation.

The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) – Road Haulage is a Level 3 qualification and a legal requirement for anyone wishing to be named as a Transport Manager on a Standard Operator’s Licence. This course is held in our Training Centre in Linwood, near Paisley.

The Category C (HGV Class 2) to C+E (HGV Class 1) Driver Training Course is designed for drivers who already hold a Category C licence and want to upgrade their qualification to operate articulated heavy goods vehicles professionally and safely.

The Counterbalance Forklift Operator – Novice Course is designed for individuals with little or no previous forklift operating experience who want to gain the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and effectively. Delivered over 3 days at A&D Training Centre, this intensive course is limited to a maximum of 2 candidates, providing increased practical operating time and more individual tuition with our experienced instructor.

The RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck (Novice) Course is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience who need to learn how to operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently in the workplace.
