Transport Manager CPC

The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) – Road Haulage is a Level 3 qualification and a legal requirement for anyone wishing to be named as a Transport Manager on a Standard Operator’s Licence. This course is held in our Training Centre in Linwood, near Paisley.

The Operator Licence Awareness Course is a comprehensive 2-day programme designed to help goods vehicle operators, directors, managers and other responsible personnel understand their legal responsibilities when operating vehicles under a Goods Vehicle Operator Licence. The course provides practical guidance on the Operator Licensing system and the systems, procedures and controls that businesses should have in place to maintain a safe, legal and compliant transport operation.

The Transport Manager CPC Refresher – Road Haulage is a 2-day course designed for qualified Transport Managers who need to update their knowledge of current legislation, compliance and industry best practice. The course revisits key Transport Manager responsibilities, including Operator Licensing, drivers’ hours, vehicle maintenance, roadworthiness and compliance management, helping delegates demonstrate continuing professional development and maintain effective control of road haulage operations.
